Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.Thanks for your query.

I am glad that you want to maintain a healthy wait.Your Body Mass Index is normal (23.27), despite which you can loose weight(upto 10-15lbs)

I deeply appreciate your concern about HCG diet.Yes, HCG is not approved for over-the-counter use, nor has it been proved to work for weight loss.I strongly recommend safer ways of weight loss.I would like to know some information before I suggest you healthy ways to achieve your weight loss goal-

Can you brief me little about your routine diet/food habits?
Exercise, habits, lifestyle?
Are you a known diabetic, hypertensive?
What is the nature of your job?Is it sedentary?
Any medical illness in the past?Surgeries?
What medications have you been currently taking?

Brief Answer:
You need loose weight by lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.

That's really nice of you to maintain absolutely healthy lifestyle.I am quite happy since your BMI is normal as discussed previously and I really have a fantastic fitness

Achieving your ideal weight dream is possible by little modification of your diet and activity patterns..Basic funda is to burn more calories than you consume.

Cut-down on fats/high calorific diet moderately(includes milk and milk products, fish/meat etc).Gradually make a transition towards higher portions of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables which should constitute your diet.

Drink plenty of water.

Add anerobic/aerobic exercises to your fitness regime(along with treadmill) and increase the frequency of hitting the XXXXXXX

You can still continue to have your favorite candy bar.Note the calories it contains and substitute a low calorific diet that day to balance the intake.

Please remember avoiding food/missing a meal is the not the solution. You must make a comfortable/favorite choice but still be informed about the calorific value backing up with a good exercise regime to burn the fads.

You can monitor your weight month on month.Loosing upto 1-1.5 lbs/month is what looks ideal for you.Overall you can loose upto 16-18 lbs over the next 12 months safely. This puts you on a healthy BMI of 20.5 approximately for 140 lbs which was your goal.

Hope you can do this in a healthy way. Please feel free to reach if you have any further queries.

Good luck!

Regards
Dr.Praveen
