Is safe as a spice in foods
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us.
Turmeric is safe during pregnancy when is used as a spice (fried or heated) in foods.
If it's used in big amount and as raw turmeric, it can cause premature uterine contractions. ,in early pregnancy miscarriage.
Hence use it but not in a big amount.
Keep in mind that during pregnancy there isn't any special type of diet.
