Question: I'd like to know if Lamictal taken by a female would have adverse reaction with kissing and having sexual touching and intercourse with a male who takes heart medications?

The amount of lamictal secreted in skin and vaginal fluid is so insignificant and insignificant or 0 is the amount absorbed skin to skin or sexually.
Lamictal doesn't interact with heart medications. It may give heart rhythm problems if taken by persons with existing heart concerns but not by skin to skin absorption or sexual intercourse.
