There are some studies which suggest that marijuana can be used for pain management in chronic pancreatitis.
However the evidence is not strong enough to recommend its use.
There are a few reports which show that it can cause pancreatitis.
Marijuana use might be illegal in some regions.
In case you want to try marijuana for pain management, please do so in consultation with your doctor.
