Brief Answer:
Avoid pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. The fact remains that the pills - minerals and vitamin intake- should not be taken too frequently.

The best way is to take a well balanced diet. I think I would suggest that you find some time to have a well balanced diet.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
