Question : I am currently taking antibiotics for what is suspected to be epididymis. Is it ok to masturbate?

I read your question and I understand your concern. Epididymitis is a painful condition and Masturbation like activity would be putting too much friction and thus exacerbating the condition. I would suggest avoiding it in first place till full recovery.
