Brief Answer:
Hair transplant will be better
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query.
PRP is safe but not very effective.
You have to keep getting it done every month.
Instead of getting PRP done, it would be better to go for hair transplant.
It is safe and one time procedure.
The transplanted hair remain in position life long.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
In hair transplant your own hairs from back of head are taken to implant them in front.
So in fact it is a procedure to increase density.
The area from which hair is extracted gets covered as hairs regrow.
If you want to increase thickness of existing hair then you can use a combination of minoxidil 5 % and finasteride solution.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
