Question : is it safe to get injectable med from without a prescription i use stadol, morphine and phenerghan

I read your question and i understand your concern. Any medication with out prescription comes under the label of self medication and is hazardous. I can understand you are in a lot of pain but getting injected with two strong opioids altogether with one sedating antihistamine is not wise and should be stopped.

Talk to a pain management expert and let them help you in this regard. Pain free life is your right. But use your right in legal and safe way by involving a pain management expert.
