I can understand your concern.
Smoking sage is definitely harmful but severity depends on amount and duration of smoke.
If you smoked single puff, it won't be harmful.
But if you smoke larger quantity or for longer duration than it is harmful.
So please let me know
1. How many puffs you took?
2. Do you have any symptoms like cough, chest tightness, breathing difficulty etc?
