Yes, you can try reducing the bupropion to 375 and see if things are fine. As I had mentioned earlier as well, dose reduction should be done at a time which is relatively stress free.
If you are still taking Cipralex 10 mg, then you can try reducing it to 5 mg rather than reducing bupropion. This will be a better option in my opinion, as bupropion benefited you more than Cipralex and therefore, should be discontinued last.
