Question : Is it safe to take a half of an ambien since I too one benadryl two hours ago?

Benadryl is a safe OTC drug and has no significant drug interactions with Ambien. You have taken tablets two hour back, and if you have prescription of Ambien then there is no risk in taking its half tablet. Slinghtly increased sedation can be seen otherwise there should be no risk.
