Brief Answer:
None of them will intrect with each other.

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The medications you are taking is -

Tab atenolol hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension.
Tab caltrate for calcium supplementation.
Tab pravastatin for cholesterol.
Tab Aspirin as a blood thinner(antipletlet agent)

All medications prescribed to you are adequate and none of them will intrect with each other. So don't worry about that.
However I will explain about most common side effects of all and then when to take them ideally.
1.Atenolol- hydro combination can cause low heart rates and feeling of weakness. It should be taken ideally in the morning after breakfast.

2.Aspirin may cause acidity problem and rarely bleeding. It should be taken after lunch or dinner (ideal time).

3.Tab. Pravastatin can cause muscle weakness and liver problems. It must be taken at night after dinner. It can be combined with aspirin even.

4.Tab caltrate is actually a calcium supplementation. It can be taken after lunch. It may cause acidity and Renal stone problem.

So, continue your medications accordingly and stay healthy.
I hope I have given you satisfactory answer. If you have any questions or you want to show us any reports you are always welcome.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
