Brief Answer:
You can start with amoxicillin after surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX

Actually flecainide is given to control improper heartbeat or you can say improper heart rhythm. It helps to maintain control on heart beat. Please discuss with your doctor.

And Ativan is an anti anxiety medication. We sometimes prescribe it before surgery to control anxiety. There is no problem to take it before surgery as long as you don't feel discomfort with the medications.

There are list of antibiotics, which you can use, but amoxicillin is the safest.

Hope it will help you.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
You can go for azithromycin but under observation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Actually most of the antibiotics are not indicated in flecainide users, but you can go for azithromycin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin or erythromycin only in observation of your oral surgeon.
If there is no allergic or any other reactions, then you can continue it.
Hope it will help you.
Thank you.
