Brief Answer:
Depending on the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

As Cetrizine and Lormeg (Loratidine) are both antihistaminics, they can be used for running and watery nose. But as both of them are prescription drugs, you need to see a doctor for examination and prescription.

Along with running and watery nose if any other symptoms are present like sore throat, difficulty in swallowing, headache, change in colour of the sputum then additional antibiotics too would be required.

So, I suggest you to see a local doctor for examination and prescription.

For time being you can follow these medications to relieve your symptoms:
1. Steam inhalation with or without any medications like vicks vapourub twice to thrice a day.
2. Consume boiled water and avoid any cold and refrigerated food items.
3. Lozenges like strepsils, XXXXXXX as required, if any sore throat or difficulty in swallowing.
4. Salt water gargling twice to thrice a day.
5. Nasal saline drops 2 drops in each nostrils three times a day to relieve any congestion present.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
