Brief Answer:
Clopilet 75 mg Vs Clopilet A75

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Clopilet is clopidrogel, an anti platelet drug and Aspirin 75 mg has also anti platelet effect. Often combination of aspirin 75 mg and clopidrogel 75 mg (Clopilet A 75) are prescribed together to enhance the anti platelet effects in a cardiac patient of coronary artery disease. However if a patient is intolerant of aspirin e.g Gastro-intestinal side effects, only clopidrogel 75 mg is advised to prevent coronary thrombosis and aspirin is avoided.

There might be some kind of issue like this; that's why your doctor has prescribed clopidrogel alone. Moreover pharmacist has no business to issue a drug other than prescribed by doctor. He should strictly follow your doctor's prescription. I would advise to take Tablet clopilet 75 mg only as your doctor advised for your 85 Yrs old father.
