Brief Answer:
Get an ECG & TmT first then consult your family Doc

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

This is Dr. Jadia, have gone through your question.

I would suggest that you don't take ecosprin directly with out consulting your doctor, or without having any such problem.

If you are having chest pain then I would recommend that you have the following testing done:

1) EchoCardio Gram (ECG).
2 TreadMill Test (TmT).

If needed the next steps would be a 2D Echocardiogram and Angiography.

These are step by step procedure to rule out any heart problem.

ECG and TMT both are OPD (outdoor patient department ) procedure and you can do these after consulting your family physician.

Hope I answered your question.

Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
