Question : While taking junel Fe daily, after unprotected sex can I also take Plan B just in case?

Generally you can,but it is not necessary. It may cause temporary hormonal imbalance and unexpected vaginal bleeding or other symptoms and it won't affect chances of pregnancy if other oral contraceptives were properly used
