Question: Can I use sinarest while breast feeding...suffering from cold and rise in temperature.

Yes, you can take sinarest while breastfeeding.
However, its better to take levocetrizine and steam inhalation, along with paracetamol to get relief.It will relieve you faster with lesser sedation.
