Question : Hi Im breast feeding mother for 6 month baby and I'm pregnant again, request you to advice how to take Unwanted Kit(5 tablets) and is it safe to feed by baby???

Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns,

unwanted kit contains tablet mifepristone 600mg and four tablets misoprostol 200mcg.

Tablet mifepristone should take orally and two tablets of misoprostol after 6hours ,rest two tablets of misoprostol after 6hours.it should be taken sublingually (keep below tongue) or vaginally.

In first 1-2 days you experience heavy bleeding with passing of products of conception afterwards minimal bleeding for 2weeks.

you should go for ultrasound after 2weeks to confirm complete abortion.

Consult your gynecologist about it as it is not safe to take on her own.

It will not cause any harm to baby.
