Brief Answer:
It is safe to take Viagra while on treatment with Lisinopril

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for your question on HCM!
I think that it is safe to take Viagra while on Lisinopril. There are some mild drug interactions between these two drugs: Viagra can increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of Lisinopril. You may be more likely to experience these problems at the beginning of treatment with Lisinopril, following a dose increase, or when treatment is restarted after an interruption. But the dose of Lisinopril that you are taking is not very high, and your blood pressure is not too low. So I think that you won't have any problems while taking Viagra.
I would also advise you to avoid nitrates like nitroglycerin or isosorbide mononitrate and dinitrate because of possible serious interactions between them and viagra.
Hope to have been of help!
