Brief Answer:
It is fine to take Viagra or like agents, keep watch on blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Common side effects of Viagra is dizziness, nausea, headache, flushing, nasal congestion, etc.

Sildenafil can add to the blood pressure-lowering effect of metoprolol, amlodipine, losartan, hydrochlorothiazide.
But with controlled blood pressure these agents can be safely taken with the agents that you are on.
Also, the maximum dose of viagra per day is 100mg 0.5-4hours before sex. I would suggest you with dose of 50 mg to begin with. Before consuming it you should check your Blood pressure, if it is less 100/60 mm of hg, better avoided.
I also would suggest you, to inform your doctor that you do take Viagra or other agent, whenever you're doctor prescribes you medicine, as he may above your regarding the possible interaction between them.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
