Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know the date of your last menstrual periods and your usual cycle length and if they are regular in periodicity.
This information will help me to advise you better.

9th august I got down and on 13th august I got clear. It was my regular periods.
I had an I pill on 15th august, this bleeding spot might be because of that.
This morning I got a bleeding spot but now there is no such bleeding happening it was only a spot which came in the morning.
My question to you is that I am travelling tomorrow and I don't want to get down. so can I take PRIMOLUT N to postpone this, or may be some other medicine.
Please suggest

Brief Answer:
No need to take primolut
Detailed Answer:
No dear this is not your period but just a withdrawal bleeding because of ipill.
In case spotting persists or bleeding starts in full bloom then take tablet tranexemic acid three times a day for two days and nothing else.
No need to take primolut N as it will not help.
Most probably you will not bleed further beyond this spotting.

Sorry to bother you again.
As I didn't got your response for 3 hours. I thought to take primolut.
I have taken primolut tablet after dinner.
Is it safe to take tranexemic acid now after primolut.
Please reply
Hi I just had tranexemic acid one tablet after dinner because of the spotting persists.
Is there any side effects of this medicine, is it safe?
After 2 days when I will stop eating this then when will I get my normal menstrual cycle?
Consuming this medicine for 2 days between these days can I consume alcohol?

Brief Answer:
Take both primolut and tranexemic acid
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX sorry for the delay in response.
Since you have taken primolut at night take it twice a day for three days now along with tranexemic acid as advised.
After leaving the drugs you will again get your periods in full flow but most likely tide over the time of your periods.
You can take alcohol while taking this drug.
Sorry for the delay in response earlier as I got struck in an emergency surgery.
Take care and enjoy your trip to the fullest.
