Question: Just now i had two tablets of cremelax. I heard that if we take two tablets we will get heavy motions, so please give e the actual answer

It depends on severity of constipation.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
In routine we prescribe a single tablet of Cremalax but it's also not uncommon to give two tablets of it for constipation.
It actually depends on the severity of the constipation that how will it act. Most probably you will get a loose stool tomorrow as it's basic function is to increase the intestinal motility leading to smooth evacuation of stools.
You might experience colicky pain Abdomen in night due to increase intestinal motility.
Hopefully you will get a good stool thr coming morning.
The stools would be loose and not bulky. Bulky stools are produce by consumption of laxative husks.
