If its absolutely necessary only then you should contemplate abortion. As frequent abortions even with pills though they are safe but they do have a bearing on the uterine involution . Ideally conception should be avoided for at least 3-4 months after an abortion.
Also if D& C is practiced in each abortion in the end to evacuate the uterus then it increases the chances of asherman syndrome each time. But if previous abortions were medicine based and no surgical intervention used, then you may contemplate using pill again but under supervision as with each abortion , the chances of excessive bleeding increases and one may go in hypovolemia sooner.
