Is It Safe To Travel By Flight During 23 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
there is some risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
carrying twins increases the risk for complications during your pregnancy. A woman with a low-risk pregnancy could possibly travel safely enough. Of course she would have to walk or stretch regularly during the flight to avoid thrombosis and take care not to squeeze the baby with the seat belt.
So, if your doctor believes that your pregnancy is not a high risk one, then you can do it. The risk would be higher than if you didn't fly but not high enough to forbid flying. Unfortunately there isn't such a thing as "one recommendation for all". Your doctor has to help you with this decision.
I hope you find my comments helpful!

this is something different!
Detailed Answer:
It should be OK, if your doctor does not believe that you have a high risk pregnancy!
The psychological part is another story... Stressful events are a risk on their own. The twin pregnancy makes things worse. Nobody can give you exact percentages of good and bad outcomes though. This is a risk that only you can decide whether you want to take or not. I'm sure your doctor has informed you about it.
Kind Regards!
