I have been undergoin dermarolling sessions on face for acne . I will also be taking up laser sessions for hair removal on face. Is it ok to start the laser one week after a dermarolling session. If not when I can start on it?

There should be a gap of least two weeks between two operative procedures.
Since dermaroller and laser both are ablative procedures it's better to avoid laser for 15 days.
