Brief Answer:
You are following correct procedure
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You are following a correct procedure.
Eumovate is a steroid and should not be left applied for a long period.
Please don't use Eumovate for more than 10 days.
It is a very strong steroid and can damage skin.
Epaderm is a moisturiser and can be used for a longer period of time.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Thanks Dr XXXXXXX .
yes i know Eumovate has to be used with caution, i will just use it for a few days more till my skin clears up. Epaderm Is really good but a bit messy!!!I have trouble with my skin and i hope you can advise me further in the future
