Hello,

Even though the “super nourish moringa” tablets claims herbal and natural, it is better to avoid such supplements especially in the first three months of the pregnancy. Certain alkaloids in such supplements may harm your baby.

You can include more fruits and vegetables in the diet. Iron, folic acid and calcium has to be supplemented as advised by your gynecologist.

Right I am in 6th month of my pregnancy . My gynaecologist has prescribed the this medicine for me. Whether I have to consult another gynaecologist for the advice or simply I return it , Please give me the advice. Thanks for your advice.
