Brief Answer:
You can use it cautiously.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Tampons should be used very carefully in case of unmarried females as the vaginal opening is very small. If used carelessly, you may lose your virginity. Its use is not associated with development of any types of tumors or cancers. Adequate precautions need XXXXXXX followed to avoid any infections.
You must be comfortable enough with your body that you can insert and remove tampons, and you must be mindful enough to change the tampon frequently to avoid any deadly infections.
Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, and do not use tampons overnight.
It is best to use tampons only during the heavy flow and use external pads at the beginning and end of the period.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
