Brief Answer: Heavy workouts should be avoided Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing in Any abdominal wall hernia can go for complications if with heavy workout the contents get irreducible So it is always advisable to go for exercisea like walking, swimming etc and refrain from performing heavy workouts. Does the mesh, that is used in hernia surgeries, is it the same as is used in bladder surgeries?
