Is It Was Due To Any Infection Small Pimple Type At Private Part?

Question: Just 2 days back I noticed small pimple type at my previtae part , bottom suurpund area of penis. I scratched it and pressurised that area. After that pain is getting started. From last 6 months I didn’t participated any sex with unknown person. Recently at last day of period, I met with my wife. Whether it was due to any infection. I don’t have any pus or fluid is coming. Only I have pain in that area

I have gone through the attached photos.
It looks like a healed folliculitis, which is nothing but an infection affecting hair follicle. If you are asymptomatic no treatment required.
If there is persisting pain or sign of infection, local antibiotics like mupirocin may be applied.

Pls guide me how to apply mupricon. Also suggest medicine required. I’m getting too much pain. Yesterday I tried too much pressure to see any pus. But no pus is there. After that pain started

Hi,
Mupirocin is an over the counter available topical antibiotic. You can apply it after cleaning with soap and water, twice daily will be preferred.
Pain may be due to to excessive pressure by squeezing.
As there is no signs of infection like pus. Nothing much to worry.
