Question : My wife in the Philippines and she experiencing itching on her back with major breakouts. Seafood she can't eat a lot of and smoke from vehicles can aggravate it as well..
What is recommended until she get back to the states for examination....

Take antihistamine like tablet Cetirizine or tablet chlorpheniramine maleat

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It seems to be urticarial rash which is an allergic reaction.
I would recommend her to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg twice daily or tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily for few days.

This will resolve the rash.
