Thanks for the query and photograph. It is looking like contact dermatitis.It's not stye and can't be LTG rash as you have been taking that for years.
Use a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
You will get relief.

its separate. my father in law has it..he had some virus that could've went to his heart, which required large doses of antibioticis. he had some form of blood poisoning. he has red dots on his arm and leg, and around mouth. he is now in hospital in a stable condition
