Question : Hello doctor,

I'm facing a rather weird problem. My penis is burying inside immediately/during my workouts. I wear supporters and I'd say I've not so fit lower abdomen. Is this something serious? I also feel no tissue (the fat-like thing) during this time.

I have carefully gone through the details. Let me assure you that what you are observing is neither abnormal nor weird. It is not serious and when the penis is lax and retracted, when you feel the prepuce, you do not feel anything inside and there seems to be no tissue inside. Please do not worry about it. It seems just fine. If at other times, during your arousal erection occurs, you have nothing to worry about.
