Question : I have pain in left bottom of head, left shoulder, left side of neck and swollen left collarbone. I was diagnosed with a partial tear in my left rotator cuff over a year ago

Hi,

After hearing your history I would advise you to apply Epsom salt locally over the areas which are hurting. It contains magnesium sulfate which is a good analgesic.

Since you have a swollen left collarbone, I would advise you to do a bone scan for further evaluation.
