Question : Good evening, I had rough intercourse and I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant. Yesterday after intercourse and this morning, I got up with a little light brown color in my discharge. Should I be concerned?

                                    Brief Answer:
Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
It is not advisable to indulge in sexual Intercourse in first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please avoid sexual Intercourse for next 8 weeks.
As of now don't worry about spotting as this is likely to be from outside uterus due to rough sex. Continue medicines you are taking and take rest for next 3 days.
if bleeding increases or does not stop after a day, see your doctor. Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

Good morning, I had an ultrasound today, last one on Saturday measured 5 weeks 1 day, today ges sac measured 6 weeks which was kinda off, but there was no feral pole. Should I be concerned, this is really scary but I need an honest opinion. Thank you

                                    Brief Answer:
Wait for a week
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Fetal pole should have been seen by now. But if there is delayed implantation, it will be sewn by next week on transvaginal ultrasound scan.
As of now I don't see any reason to worry. Wait for next week ultrasound scan.
