Brief Answer:
No serious risks at 20 mg dose

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for asking from icliniq.com

Prozac is Fluoxetine and is a SSRI drug. The drug is safe to use and in some cases of anxiety the drug is advised to be taken for long. If your doctor agrees then I don't think there is any problem in taking drug for long.

Some of patients of mine are taking the drug for years and I didn't find any issue in them.

So remain relaxed you can continue to take drug without any worries.

Thanks, Take care
