Is Loss Of Sensation From The Waist Down Leading To Loss Of Balance In A Dialysis Patient A Serious Issue?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I have a query regarding my one of the aunt.
Just to give you a background - She is dialysis patient for last one and half months and takes 2 dialysis in a week.
Recently, she is experiencing a critical symptom of not getting any senses in legs starting from her waist region and fells down lacking balance in the lower portion of the body - it frequently occurs on a daily basis on both sides of the lower portion or if I am not wrong the sciatica region. We've consulted the nephrologist and he is unable to find out any reason for the symptom because of the dialysis. So, I am guessing this might be an issue related to nerve weaknesses or any other reason pertaining to nerve cells. Please suggest and help me.
