Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Relax. You do not have any of these.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM.

First of all be relaxed. A variation of 1 to 2 kg in weight is acceptable and the tiredness that you are experiencing can be seen in any viral illness with fever. Leukemia, lymphoma usually present with prolonged fever often more than 3 to 4 weeks, weight loss more than 6 to 8 kg, unexplained low hemoglobin or low platelets, bleeding manifestations or high or low leucocytes counts.

Rest assured, I do not think you have any of these. However you can get a complete blood counts done to be sure.

Thanks and Regards
