Brief Answer:
X-ray required to rule out fracture

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The Injury well could be form a benign cause like muscle trauma to minor fracture of spine. As it's been one week since the Injury it does not looks to be serious Injury.
Are you able to bend forward/backward without bending you knee?
Hope your query is answered.
Take care
