Question: Hi sir .m always in very stressed candition.I think this is my bad habit of hand practices is it right or wrong...please give some advice

Masturbation is a normal physiological process. Once a person becomes sexually mature, semen production starts which is a continuous process. A person the either has sex, or masturbates and has night falls. None of it causes any kind of problems. Masturbation doesn't lead to any physical or mental health problems. It also doesn't cause any problem with sexual performance, and potency. You can masturbate freely without any concern and s many times as you want.

Regarding feeling stressed, it can be completely an independent condition. Stress can be due to anxiety disorders or depression. In depression, a person feels sad, lethargic, and has sleep and appetite disturbances. Anxiety disorders consist of phobias or conditions in which a person worries a lot and feels anxious and restless.

The best way to beat stress is to exercise daily. In case, you feel you are not able to cope up with stress, you should seek a psychiatric consultation for it. Medications like sertraline or escitalopram would be helpful.

But sir I see on internet abt bad effect of masturbation...and also these all types of effect already I m suffering like.....legs pain, mind not in control, weakness, back pain,eyes sight, poor confident, brain hammering

Thanks for following up. I totally understand when you say that on internet, many things are available and many sites say that masturbation is wrong. But, then internet has its own disadvantages too. Any one can start posting anything on internet. You have to see if its an authentic source and has a scientific basis.

Actually, most of the religions and even ayurveda say that masturbation is wrong. But trust me, there is not scientific basis to that. Had masturbation been any problem, most of us would be suffering from problems. It is a fact that more that 99 percent of males masturbate and those who don't, have nightfalls. It is a proven fact scientifically that it is actually a healthy practice. So, you really have to stop worrying about masturbation.

Regarding your symptoms, I think you are suffering from depressive episode. It is not caused due to masturbation and it can be treated with anti-depressants. You should seek a psychiatric consultation for starting treatment.

Coming to your problem related to size of you penis. You can rest assured that even a penis of 2 inches is a normal size. In any case, sexual performance and ability to enjoy sex is completely independent of the size of the penis. Your penis size will not impair your capacity to enjoy sex.

Penis Size of 4 inches in erect state is not uncommon. Normal penis size in XXXXXXX setting ranges anything from 3 to 7 inches. Your ability to enjoy sex won't be hampered and this size is more than enough to satisfy your partner. Regarding pregnancy, it only depends on the fact that semen is entering the vagina and reaching the right place to fertilise the female egg. It is not related to penis size at all.
