Unfortunately, the use of marijuana while taking warfarin will increase the chance for bleeding. It is true that medical marijuana is used to treat pain, but in your case we do not want to increase chances for bleeding.

So, the dose of warfarin should be adjusted if you and your doctor decide to start using marijuana.
