Question : Can medical Marijuana stop the growth of an Acoustic Neuroma & therefore improve hearing & tinnitus ? As i have one that is mid size & i dont know if i should go ahead with a surgery or radiotherapy since just been recently diagnosed by MRI

No, there is no conclusive evidence that shows medical marijuana arresting growth of an acoustic neuroma.

The management options include careful serial observation to see if the tumor growth is halted, especially if hearing is intact and one doesn't want to get the surgery done. Stereotactic radiation and surgical excision are the other two options for treatment.
