Question : My fathers blood pressure is down to 100/74 and he has vomiting and has passed out a couple times
Brief Answer:
He should see doctor again
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Passing out is serious issue and it may be due to dehydration, heart arrhythmia or some neurological issues. He should do ECG, head scan and basic lab at least. Vomit may just aggravate his condition. He should drink plenty of fluids and have salty food to increase blood pressure.
Wish you good health. Regards
