Question : I am male, aged 45 - after a 24hour ambulatory BP monitor, my BP average was measured as 133/90. My doctor has now prescribed Lisinopril 10mg. Do I need meds with that BP at my age ? What is your opinion?

You have boderline blood pressure.
If you were my patient I would try intensive lifestyle changes for another 6 months before thinking of drug prescription; exercise, healthy diet, weight reduction if you are overweight
