Brief Answer:
A 4 oz box is unlikely to cause serious trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. A 4 oz box roughly weighs about 113 grams and is unlikely to cause any significant trauma to your arm when thrown in a casual manner.

2. However please note that should the object have a sharp and pointed edge or has been thrown at a speed then it can cause mild trauma n pain.

3. To know if such trauma is present you should look for any redness, swelling or cut injury in your arm.

4. If there is no sign of injury to the skin and the area appears normal then there is no injury that has taken place. Slight pain is not a serious concern and will disappear in a few hours. Any cut injury requires attention.

Hope this answers your query.
Do write back should you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
