Question : Im epileptic . I take 400mg tegrotol xr in the morning and 600mmg at night . I also take 500mg keppra and 1000mg at night. This is fhe first time in a long time at night that i cant remember if i did take my PM or not . What happens if i miss PM ?

Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Anti-epileptic drugs should be taken regularly and no dose should be missed as fluctuation in drug level may lead to seizure.
If you don't remember taking dose then must take at least half the dose whenever you remember . No need to take additional dose if you have reached the next scheduled dosing time (morning).
Be careful and avoid dangerous places like open roof top, burning fire, swimming.
Continue the night schedule as previously.
