Brief Answer:
Must get medicine
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I don't know where you are traveling, but it is risky to continue to go without the Prograf. Is there no clinic where you are where you can get a prescription to carry you over until you are back home?
You don't want to wait until you are starting to have signs of liver rejection. Once this starts it can be too late. Signs would be of liver disease - liver area tenderness, nausea, fatigue, decreased appetite, jaundice, dark colored urine, fever.
Please do whatever you can to get the medication immediately. Go to the ER if you have to.
