Question : My blood pressure is 131 over 72 and my heart rate is 66 . Is this bad.
I'm 5 feet, 169 lb and in good shape.

You seem to be absolutely fine at your age.
Your parameters are perfectly normal and rather you should be a role model for others to follow your routine of keeping yourself fit at this age.
