Brief Answer:
Nausea is normal, fever needs to be reported

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The nausea is indeed normal and can be easily explained, in fact is one of the most commonly experienced symptoms after coming off birth control, but there are certain symptoms that are considered symptoms that need to be reported to the prescribing doctor immediately, if at all they appear and one of those symptoms is fever.

So I would recommend you to contact your prescribing doctor at the earliest as fever is not normal. I hope you find helpful ma'am and that you can receive the help you need at the your earliest convenience.

Best wishes.
